I met sculptor Jenny Krasner at Escape to Create, an artist's residency in Seaside, Florida. I liked her blow torch and gorgeous bi-ceps. She also writes, I paint and do collage/assemblage and we discovered we work with a lot of the same kinds of themes in our work (dad, dollars, and dolls come up a lot). Jenny just left Manhattan and is now working in Atlanta. She teaches at Spelman. Most recently, we collaborated on a series of collages. They're in a show at the deliciously wild ThirdStone Gallery in Fennville, Michigan, curated by Bruce Cutean.
